Cancellation policy

At Saudari, all products are offered on a pre-order basis and are produced specifically in response to customer demand. For this reason, our cancellation policy differs from that of traditional in-stock products.

Before Production Begins

You may request to cancel your pre-order within 14 days of placing your order, provided production of the collection has not yet commenced.

If your cancellation request is approved, any payments made will be refunded to the original payment method.

After Production Has Begun

Once the pre-order window has closed and production has commenced, orders cannot be cancelled. This is because materials, production capacity, and manufacturing resources have already been allocated specifically for your order.

Final Balance Payments

For orders placed using our partial payment option, the remaining balance will be charged approximately 4 weeks after the order is placed.

If the final payment cannot be successfully processed, we will contact you using the details provided with your order. If payment is not received within a reasonable timeframe, we reserve the right to cancel the order and retain any reasonable costs already incurred in relation to the order.
