At SAUDARI, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. Therefore, we comply with applicable Danish and EU consumer protection laws regarding online purchases.
14-Day Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you:
- receive your item; or
- receive the last item in an order containing multiple deliveries.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us clearly within the 14-day period that you wish to cancel your purchase.

Returns
Once you have informed us that you wish to withdraw from your purchase, you have 14 days to return the item to us.
The item must be returned securely packaged. You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the item. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as the item remains your responsibility until it has been received by us.
Condition of Returned Items
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and function of the goods.
This means you may try on boots or inspect bags in the same way you would in a physical store. If the item has been used beyond this, a partial refund may be deducted depending on the condition of the item.
Refunds
Once we have received and approved your returned item, we will refund the purchase amount using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
The refund will be processed no later than 14 days after we receive notice of your withdrawal. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or documentation proving that the goods have been returned.
Original delivery costs are only refunded up to the cost of our standard delivery option. Additional costs resulting from choosing a more expensive delivery method will not be refunded.
Non-Returnable Items
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- custom-made products;
- personalized or specially tailored items made according to the customer’s specifications.
Complaints & Defective Products
Under the Danish Sale of Goods Act, you have a 24-month warranty right covering manufacturing defects and faults.
