Shipping policy

At Saudari, we believe in creating timeless pieces with intention rather than producing in excess. For this reason, all of our collections are offered through monthly pre-orders.

How Our Pre-Order System Works

Our pre-order window opens once each month and remains open for 10 days.

Once the pre-order period closes, production begins. Every item is carefully crafted before being shipped to Denmark, where each order is quality-checked, beautifully packaged, and dispatched to its new owner.

Estimated delivery time is approximately 5–6 weeks from the date your order is placed. Although some orders may arrive sooner, we prefer to communicate realistic expectations to ensure full transparency.


Pre-Order Payment Terms

To secure your order, 50% of the purchase price is charged at checkout.

The remaining 50% balance will be automatically charged approximately 4 weeks after your order is placed using the payment method provided at checkout.

You will receive a reminder before the final payment is collected. Orders will only be dispatched once the final balance has been successfully paid.


Limited Quantities & Material-Led Design

Each collection is produced in limited quantities as part of our pre-order system. We only produce what is ordered during each drop, allowing us to avoid overproduction and ensure that every piece is made with intention and care.

Our collections are often developed around available materials. This means that once a specific material has been used, it will not necessarily return.

This approach allows us to:

  • Create more unique and unexpected designs
  • Work more consciously with available resources
  • Ensure that no two drops are exactly the same
  • Develop limited pieces that feel personal and rare

Once a design sells out during the pre-order window, it will not be restocked immediately and may not return in future collections.

Denmark

  • Bags: 49 DKK
  • Boots: 59 DKK

Orders within Denmark are shipped with GLS, and delivery typically takes 1–3 business days once your parcel has been dispatched.

Europe

We currently ship to selected European countries.

  • Flat rate: 149 DKK

Delivery times vary depending on the destination country.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details, allowing you to follow your parcel every step of the way.

Delays

While we always strive to meet our estimated delivery timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to production, customs procedures, or shipping carriers. If this happens, we will keep you updated and appreciate your patience.
